• A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, science, math, or related field or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years product management or related leadership experience is required
• Proven success leading product domains and organizations at scale
• Strong strategic, financial, and business acumen
• Direct Leadership experience with building and developing high-performing teams
• Executive-level communication and influence skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
• Track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define domain-level product strategy across multiple product teams, aligned to enterprise goals and customer value.
• Oversee domain performance, investment decisions and levels, and outcome measurement to maximize business impact. Ensures rigor and transparency in OKRs and operational metrics, and drives accountability across leaders
• Communicate complex tradeoffs and difficult decisions clearly and story-tell credibly, shaping executive understanding and alignment through compelling, data-driven product narratives.
• Ensure customer insight and experience are central to user-focused product strategy and investment decisions, balancing qualitative research with a data-first mindset.
• Encourage innovative thinking and explore new models, technologies, and approaches to drive growth.
• Win as one team building strong partnerships across product, engineering, design, ML, analytics and business leadership.
• Drive focus and momentum across the domain while managing strategic risks. Be a subject-matter expert for trends in the industry, advanced technology, and quickly identify ways Grainger can win leveraging this knowledge.
