Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Supply product to own strategy, roadmap, and execution.

You will work with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and business partners to deliver solutions that improve end-to-end supply ecosystem experiences and drive growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply product.
• Develop a deep understanding of Provider and Technician needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities using data, customer insights, and business goals.
• Create epics, themes, and user stories to clearly define product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
• Participate in product planning across multiple product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive experiences.
• Evaluate potential partnerships and solutions from a build vs. buy and ROI perspective.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
