• 7+ years product management or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience managing API, platform, or integration products, with demonstrated experience in customer-facing API design and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Owns and evolves product strategy for Grainger's enterprise systems and APIs.
• Define vision, roadmap, and strategy for customer-facing APIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to launch innovative product features.
• Analyze end-to-end processes from intake to payment to address root causes.
