Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Technology to define strategy and roadmaps for scalable, global supply chain tech. You’ll partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Product to turn complex challenges into winning software solutions that improve planning, visibility, and velocity across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and owning complex software products.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams to build enterprise software, operational technology, or workflow solutions.
• Ability to understand complex operational problems and translate them into intuitive, scalable products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, independently prioritize competing opportunities, and drive decisions with limited guidance.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for key Supply Chain Technology capabilities.
• Partner with supply chain teams to identify operational challenges and opportunities where technology can drive meaningful improvement.
• Build products that improve planning, inventory visibility, operational workflows, and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, connect fragmented systems and data, and simplify complex workflows.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Partner closely with Engineering throughout discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Balance immediate operational needs with longer-term platform investments and scalability.
• Define success metrics and use data and customer feedback to measure impact and guide product decisions.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and technology investments.
