Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Director of Product Finance and FP&A to own unit economics, monetize Ramp's product portfolio, and shape pricing strategy. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership to drive growth and capital allocation with rigorous financial insights.

You'll lead consolidated financial modeling, headcount planning, and executive reporting, influencing key strategic decisions as Ramp scales toward IPO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function, including experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or developing high-performing team members is a plus.
• Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills.
• Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision.
• A "get things done" mentality with autonomy to drive solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executives.
• Proven track record of using AI and automation tools to streamline finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Ramp's unit economics models for every product line and set financial targets with cross-functional accountability.
• Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp's portfolio with Product and leadership.
• Run strategic deals and structure creative commercial arrangements to win in competitive situations.
• Lead FP&A including consolidated financial model, headcount planning, and executive reporting.
