Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience leading managers and senior ICs in fintech or consumer tech.
• Proven track record owning analytics for a major product area and influencing cross‑functional strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of managers and senior analysts.
• Own the analytics strategy for Lending portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, and Strategy to influence roadmaps and decisions.
• Drive experimentation strategy as a senior partner to Product.
• Define and evolve north star metrics, dashboards, and operating cadences.
• Translate data into executive-ready narratives to inform decisions.
• Bring external fintech analytics best practices to raise team standards.
