Chime, a leading fintech, seeks a Director of Strategy and Growth Initiatives to define and drive the company’s long-term strategy. You will work with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to turn complex insights into actionable programs that fuel durable growth.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape the vision, translate it into initiatives, and ensure cross-functional execution. This role offers strong career growth in a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy/management consulting or corporate strategy in fintech.
• MBA or equivalent experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align across large orgs.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams end-to-end.
• Excellent communication to translate insights into recommendations.
• Fintech/financial services experience or data/market research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead high-impact strategic initiatives for long-term growth and durability.
• Analyze market, competitor, and consumer trends to inform strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape long-term vision and drive alignment across the organization.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure execution across cross-functional teams.

• Influence decisions and drive accountability across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other functions.
• Lead complex problem-solving efforts and guide project teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
