HighLevel is seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Operations – Product Adoption to shape how customers discover, adopt, and derive value from HighLevel’s products. You will partner with Product Strategy, Growth, Data, and Operations to identify adoption gaps and drive strategic priorities.

Ideal candidates excel at strategic thinking, deep analytics, and customer understanding, with the ability to influence roadmaps and execute cross-functionally to improve activation and retention.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Growth, Product Management or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product adoption strategy for HighLevel’s products across key segments.
• Analyze journeys, funnels, cohorts and usage to identify adoption opportunities and friction points.
• Influence roadmaps by translating adoption insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Design, Eng., Data, Marketing, CS and Revenue to boost adoption.
• Develop frameworks and dashboards to measure activation, engagement, retention and expansion.
