Job summary

Confidential, a private UHNW family office in New York City, seeks a Chief Estate Officer to oversee residences, commercial properties, and personal services for the principal and family. This hands-on, concierge-level role requires driving every task to completion with impeccable discretion.

You will manage care and operation of multiple properties across the U.S., lead renovation projects, coordinate staff, vendors, and travel, and ensure flawless execution of high-end living arrangements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in estate management or luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple properties and overseeing construction/renovation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities across locations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in execution.
• Polished written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports.
• Ability to lead and develop household, facilities and executive staff.
• Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care and operation of multiple residences and commercial properties across the U.S.
• Manage renovation and construction projects: timelines, site visits, punch lists, vendors.
• Deliver concierge-level personal services: travel, scheduling, household logistics, culinary services.
• Serve as main contact between the principal and staff with clear communication and follow-through.
