Job summary

Northwest Allied Physician Group in Tucson, AZ seeks a Director of Clinics - Primary Care to provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple clinics onsite. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, fiscal stewardship, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with local and corporate leadership, physicians, and partners to drive growth, optimize operations, and promote a culture of excellence across clinics under your oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Seven or more years of direct leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, ensuring quality patient care and efficiency.
• Partners with local and corporate leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Leads clinic management teams, physicians, and staff to meet clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Oversees physician practice operations including scheduling, patient flow, and revenue cycle processes.
• Implements process improvements to enhance clinic performance and expand service lines.
• Ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance and privacy standards.
• Performs routine rounding across clinic locations to evaluate operations and patient experience.
• Resolves patient and provider concerns promptly and escalates as needed.
