Job summary

Northwest Allied Physician Group is seeking a Director of Clinics to provide strategic and operational leadership for one or more primary care clinics in Tucson, onsite. You will oversee daily operations, budget, and staff development to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will partner with corporate and local leadership to drive growth initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement performance improvements across clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or Seven (7) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Partners with leadership teams to develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives for clinic operations.
• Leads clinic management teams, physicians, and staff to achieve clinical, financial, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Oversees physician practice operations including scheduling, patient flow, revenue cycle processes, and administrative workflows.
• Develops and implements process improvements and growth strategies to expand service lines.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and environment of care standards across clinic locations.
• Performs routine rounding to evaluate operations, staff engagement, and patient experience.
• Manages cash handling and billing practices in line with policy.
