Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a results-driven Market Director of Practice Operations to oversee physician employed practices in the Tucson area. You will demonstrate a positive organizational attitude while aligning with the organization’s mission and values and manage the Market Ops team to meet budgeted goals and physician satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice with HR and finance oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations for physician employed practices and ensure alignment with mission and values.
• Manage Market Ops managers and coordinate HR, customer service, and budgeting.
• Review budgets with hospital A-Teams and develop physician opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal policies across markets.
• Build physician relationships balancing pro-forma targets with physician satisfaction.
• Set goals and objectives for the market and drive revenue growth ideas.
• Identify new revenue streams and cost mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Ensure OSHA, CLIA, Medi Cal, DHS and other regulations are followed.
