Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee operations, maintenance, and management across the hospital campus, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient environment aligned with healthcare standards.

The role leads a diverse team of facility managers and technicians, supervises budgets, and partners with clinical and administrative leaders to meet organizational goals while driving quality and safety across the facility operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or seven+ years of related experience in lieu.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a closely related field required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise a team of facility managers, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day hospital facility operations and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ADA, Joint Commission and healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan budget and long-term capital investments.
• Develop and implement policies to improve safety and quality.
• Maintain readiness for audits and inspections.
