Job summary

Adventist Health Portland seeks a Director to lead outpatient operations and ensure seamless integration between the clinic and procedural spaces, driving physician productivity and high-quality, cost-effective care.

The role partners with physicians to build culture, leads clinical and administrative staff, and guides growth of service lines while managing budgets and performance across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree in business administration, management, health care management, or related field: Preferred
• Seven years' relevant experience: Preferred
• Three years' multi-clinic management experience: Preferred
• Three years' business development experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the development of the organization’s business strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of tactical elements of business initiatives.
• Evaluates new and/or expanded business initiatives and programs for community need, strategic fit, and financial feasibility.
• Assumes responsibility of operations oversight for assigned clinics. Directs and develops the health services leadership team and maintains accountability for clinical team development and performance.
• Plans, budgets, organizes and manages the department to accomplish operational and strategic objectives.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
