Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial, pricing, finance, portfolio management, or strategic leadership experience.
• Proven strategic pricing leadership with ability to develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize revenue and long‑term growth.
• Proven success partnering with sales to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Experience leading pricing strategies, profitability analyses, and commercial decision support.
• Knowledge of railcar leasing economics, market dynamics, and customer requirements is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and organizational development efforts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with data‑driven pricing decisions.
