Alpha Executive Search is partnering with a growing food manufacturer to recruit a Director of Pricing in Fort Worth, TX. The role includes a competitive relocation package and leadership over pricing strategy.

You will own pricing strategy, drive margin performance and partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to optimize profitability. You will lead a pricing team and shape governance and processes.

We are partnering with a growing food manufacturer to identify a Director of Pricing for a newly created leadership role driven by continued growth.

This individual will own pricing strategy and partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive margin performance and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and drive enterprise pricing strategy
• Lead margin and profitability analysis
• Incorporate raw material costs, manufacturing complexity, capacity, yields, and product mix into pricing decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, revenue management or P&L/business management
• Experience owning or significantly influencing pricing, margin and profitability
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, raw material costs and operational cost drivers
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience partnering across Sales, Operations and Finance
• Ability to influence senior leadership and translate complex data into actionable recommendations
