NewAmsterdam Pharma seeks a Senior Director of Market Access Pricing & Contracting to lead U.S. pricing, payer contract strategy, and GTN optimization for launch readiness.

This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align access objectives with revenue goals. The role emphasizes strategic pricing governance, evidence-based contracting, and monitoring of policy changes to protect patient access and company profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in market access/pricing/contracting or related commercial functions.
• Deep understanding of U.S. pricing, payer dynamics, and formulary management.
• Experience supporting or leading product launch readiness activities.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to evaluate complex contracting scenarios.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of U.S. pricing strategy and launch pricing assessments.
• Develop pricing governance processes and cross-functional leadership.
• Assess pricing implications of policy changes and market dynamics.
• Design and execute payer contracting strategy across commercial, Medicare, PBM, and IDN.
• Oversee GTN strategy, forecasting, and contract scenario planning.
• Partner with Finance on GTN forecasts and launch models.
• Monitor rebate management and contract performance.
• Create dashboards for pricing, contracting, and GTN decisions.
