Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Managed Care Payer Contracting to lead the development, implementation, and management of strategic Medicaid and commercial payer contracts across multiple programs.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Government Pricing, and cross‑functional teams to optimize patient access, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s Innovative Medicines and Biosimilar portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Health Policy, Life Sciences, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in payer contracting or related fields.
• Experience developing contracts across Medicaid and commercial payer segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medicaid and commercial payer contracting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Medicaid contracting playbooks and templates.
• Assess impact of policy changes on bids and execution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional teams.
