Our Team, Your Impact

The mission of the US Pricing and Reimbursement team is to optimize patient access and portfolio value as we bring new medicines to patients in need. We deliver pricing and access strategies for the Teva portfolio of Innovative and Biosimilar products (in-market, pipeline, and launch) and provide critical input into business development assessments. Our long‑term pricing plan is updated annually, at a payer segment level, and monitored and optimized quarterly.

The Director, Pricing and Reimbursement is accountable for developing and implementing pricing recommendations, evaluating GTN and profitability, supporting launch readiness and in‑market asset optimizations, managing access and reimbursement initiatives, and providing strategic guidance on contracting opportunities with commercial, government, and institutional accounts, for select products in the portfolio. The Director ensures pricing and access decisions align with business objectives and competitive dynamics. The Director leads the assessment of market trends, the payer landscape, the competitive environment, healthcare policy developments, and customer needs to inform pricing and contracting strategies across the portfolio. The Director partners with Value and Access Strategy, Strategic Contracting, Marketing, Government Pricing, Finance, Insights, Forecasting, Public Policy, Global, and Legal on pricing and access initiatives. The position requires strong cross‑functional leadership, analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Monitor evolving healthcare legislation, the competitive access landscape, and payer dynamics to adjust strategic approaches
  • Annually update the long‑term pricing plan based on business objectives and market dynamics
  • Deliver scenarios and recommendations for WAC, net price by channel, and access goals to optimize net revenue for launch products
  • Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimize pricing, access, utilization, and profitability
  • Provide input and guidance to the Global organization with US perspective on pricing and reimbursement for pipeline products and business development assessments
  • Present recommendations and strategic insights to executive leadership
  • Apply for HCPCS codes and support applications in hearings and CMS communications
