UBMD Pediatrics seeks a Director of Practice Plan Operations to lead clinical practice operations across multiple UBMD locations. This role partners with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable operating plans, performance expectations, and sustainable processes that enhance access, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience managing operations in a complex healthcare environment.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and initiatives.
• Pediatric healthcare or academic medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across UBMD Pediatrics locations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and address operational challenges.
• Advise executive leadership on performance, resources, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, managers, and administrative teams to support priorities.
• Lead organizational projects from planning through implementation and monitor progress.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and report outcomes to leadership.
• Support changes, new workflows, and operational improvements.
• Improve scheduling, referrals, clinic capacity, and patient flow.
