Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelor's Degree required.
• Grant, finance and research knowledge and experience.
• Manage and oversee team.
• Create reports and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Chart and implement the practices' mission with hospital leadership.
• Develop and update strategic long-range plans for the clinic.
• Coordinate budget variances and financial performance of the clinics.
• Oversee patient billing and reimbursement systems.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and SCP A/RCM policies.
• Support staff and clinic personnel in staffing and procedures.
• Resolve administrative problems and maintain professional clinic atmosphere.
