  • Maintain regulatory training compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, EH&S, etc.).
  • Oversee Article 28 practice compliance and readiness.
  • Monitor HR and staff performance; support recruiting and onboarding.
  • Manage practice operations: scheduling, supply management, and revenue cycle.
  • Coordinate across CU/NY network for cross-site services.
  • Lead meetings to ensure smooth patient flow and care coordination.
