Job summary

ePlus inc. seeks a Director of Post Sales Engineering to define, build, and lead the Post Sales Engineering team.

This role reports to the Senior Director and focuses on aligning with regional and industry directions, process improvement, and delivering high-quality services to customers. Key responsibilities include resource management, mentoring, P&L oversight, and collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and enhancing a world-class field services organization.
• Experience in operations and project management.
• Minimum 3 years in a field-based services management position with ~10 direct reports.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Post Sales Engineering resources with regional and national initiatives.
• Manage regional P&L, forecasting, and budget.
• Oversee hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive process improvement and lean initiatives to improve customer outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Managed Services to ensure superior customer experience.
• Build reporting to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Recruit and maintain third party partnerships for delivery.
