Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to lead post-contract execution for a portfolio of grid-scale battery energy storage systems and related infrastructure. You will design PMO processes, govern portfolio delivery, and drive KPIs while serving as a senior customer-facing executive.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, ensure on-time commissioning, remove roadblocks, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and suppliers in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management or PMO experience in large-scale utility, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• 5+ years leading project management teams and post-contract execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish execution frameworks and standardized PMO processes for post-contract delivery.
• Define portfolio KPIs and oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a cross-disciplinary team and own master project timeline from close to commissioning.
