Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Director of Project Delivery to build and scale the post-contract execution function for BESS and renewable projects. You will design governance, drive KPI tracking, and lead a cross-functional team across engineering, sales, and operations.

You will oversee timelines, mitigate risks, and manage high-stakes customer relationships, with hybrid onsite work from Dearborn, MI or Glendale, KY, and moderate travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience.
• 5+ years of leading project management teams.
• Strong background in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement post-contract PMO processes, playbooks, and delivery methodologies for BESS/renewable projects.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and execution specialists.
• Maintain master project timeline and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
