Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to architect and scale post-contract execution across a diverse portfolio of battery energy storage systems. You will build standard PMO playbooks, govern delivery, and lead a team of project managers and execution specialists.

You will own the master timeline, drive risk mitigation, and maintain high customer satisfaction while interfacing with executive stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing in a hybrid work model based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management or PMO experience delivering large-scale utility, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• 5+ years of leadership experience directly managing project management teams.
• Strong background in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve standardized post-contract PMO processes and delivery playbooks for BESS and renewable projects.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers and execution specialists; manage resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Maintain master project timeline and oversee milestones from contract close to final commissioning; remove blockers and coordinate cross-functional interventions.
• Serve as the senior executive client interface during deployment to ensure high delivery satisfaction.
