Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Director of Project Delivery to build and scale the post-contract execution function for BESS and renewable projects. Lead a high-performing PMO, establish governance, and drive customer-facing delivery excellence across a portfolio of energy installations.

You will recruit and mentor project managers, optimize resource allocation, and remove roadblocks to ensure milestones from contract close to commissioning are met. Hybrid work from Dearborn, MI or Glendale, KY with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in program management or PMO for large-scale utility/infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years directly leading project management teams.
• Strong background in post-contract execution and EPC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized post-contract PMO processes and playbooks.
• Lead a team of project managers, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource use.
• Interface with customers as a senior executive during deployment and delivery.
