Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to build and scale post-contract execution for a portfolio of BESS projects. You will design governance, standard processes, and playbooks while leading a multi-disciplinary team across engineering, sales, and operations.

You will own the master timeline, proactively remove roadblocks, and maintain executive customer relationships to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience with large-scale projects.
• 5+ years of leadership managing project management teams.
• Strong background in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, contract management, and utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve standard post-contract PMO processes and playbooks for BESS and renewable projects.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of PMs; oversee resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Maintain master project timelines, remove blockers, and serve as senior executive interface during deployment.
