Job summary

Ford Energy invites a senior leader to architect and scale the post-contract project delivery function for BESS and renewable deployments. You will set governance, playbooks, and KPIs to drive reliable execution across a diverse project portfolio.

You will lead a team of project managers and execution specialists, ensuring on-time delivery, proactive risk management, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management, project delivery, or PMO experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in managing project management teams.
• Experience in post-contract execution, EPC workflows, and utility-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized post-contract PMO processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project management team.
• Own the master project timeline from contract close to commissioning and ensure milestones are met.
• Interface with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and external contractors to drive aligned execution.
