Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to lead the NA portfolio from lease signature through renewal and optimization. You will provide a single trusted view of portfolio performance to executives and investors, supervise amendments and renewals, and align cross-functional teams to improve returns and reduce risk.

The role requires 12+ years in related fields, 3–5 years leading teams, and strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in portfolio/asset management, investments, corporate finance, or related analytics.
• 3–5+ years leading and developing teams with executive visibility.
• Experience building executive-ready reporting for boards or investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Portfolio Management team with defined ownership as assets scale.
• Own asset-level reporting, returns progression, and key value drivers.
• Deliver monthly portfolio updates, budgets vs actuals, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Ops.
• Guide post-signature management: amendments, renewals, and delivery changes.
• Develop benchmark reporting and a single source of truth for the portfolio.
