Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Data Center Portfolio Lead to oversee a multi-site program, defining governance, milestones, and partner alignment for a scalable data-center build portfolio. You will own the portfolio stage gates, decision cadence, and tooling, coordinating with site selection, energy, supply chain, engineering, and delivery teams and external partners to drive program readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Experience managing capital infrastructure projects at scale.
• Experience negotiating leases, framework agreements, or related vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio overall: each site’s status, milestones, decisions taken, open items, and risks.
• Lead the portfolio reviews that ground our teams on the current state of supply, decisions needed, and downstream impacts.
• Architect and run the stage‑gate framework — the criteria, approvals, and owners at each gate — that standardizes how a site moves from negotiation through lease execution, design and chip lock, construction, and handoff to operations.
• Work with the planning and design teams to decide each site’s chip allocation ahead of deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact between strategic partners and internal stakeholders, drive execution to critical milestones, and keep partners consistent across site selection, design, supply chain, and delivery.
• Develop AI‑driven tooling and data pipelines that automate project updates across the portfolio.
