The position requires 10+ years in planning/controls/data analysis, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, JIRA, and PowerBI, and EVM expertise, plus 5+ years of staff leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in planning, controls, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and PowerBI.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.
• 5+ years managing staff in cost management, project controls, or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of integrated project plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead change control processes to assess, document, and communicate impacts of change requests.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for project success.
• Provide advanced data analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with business intelligence analysts to develop visualization tools and dashboards.
• Facilitate integration of project planning, cost, and risk management data into comprehensive controls frameworks.
• Provide mentorship and training to planning and control engineers, and data analysts.
