Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.
• Experience with first-of-kind projects exceeding $100M in budget and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of integrated project schedules.
• Oversee analysis of schedule performance metrics and monthly status reports.
• Monitor critical path and milestones to identify delays or risks.
• Collaborate with teams to develop realistic scheduling assumptions and recovery plans.
• Facilitate schedule risk analyses and mitigation strategies with risk management.
• Develop and maintain scheduling tools, templates, and procedures across projects.
• Mentor schedulers to ensure high standards of schedule management.
