Job summary

BlueAngle is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for ERP applications, BI, data warehousing, and infrastructure. You will shape delivery standards, mentor a team of Applications Project Managers, and serve as the senior delivery leader to CFO, CIO, and COO counterparts at clients.

The role is full-time, remote-based in the US with travel to support portfolio needs. You will drive portfolio governance, financials, and client collaboration, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in project and program management, incl. 5+ years in PMO or delivery leadership.
• Delivery leadership across ERP, BI/analytics, data warehousing and infrastructure.
• Two full-lifecycle ERP implementations delivered as program lead.
• Experience leading steering committees with CFO/CIO/COO at $300M+ revenue.
• Strong financial management in consulting, SI, or MSP environments.
• M&A integration or carve-out experience preferred.
• US work authorization; sponsorship not available.

About the Role

BlueAngle is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office and our team of Applications Project Managers. You will own the health of a growing delivery portfolio spanning ERP applications, business applications and integration, business intelligence and analytics, data and data warehousing, and infrastructure. You will set the standards for how we deliver, develop the Project Managers who deliver it, and serve as the senior delivery leader to CFO, CIO, and COO counterparts at our clients.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Applications Project Managers, including staffing, utilization, and career development.
• Own BlueAngle's delivery methodology, portfolio governance, and executive portfolio reporting.
• Provide delivery assurance across all engagements and lead the recovery of at-risk projects.
• Manage portfolio financials: budgets, forecasts, engagement margin, and scope change control.
• Engage directly with client executives and chair steering committees for strategic programs.
• Support new pursuits with delivery approach, estimates, staffing plans, and SOW reviews.
• Improve PMO tooling and reporting, including the use of AI-assisted tools across the team.

What You Bring

• 10 to 12+ years of project and program management experience, including 5+ years in PMO or delivery leadership and 3+ years managing Project Managers.
• Delivery leadership across several of: ERP (D365 F&O, NetSuite, SAP, or similar), business applications and integration, BI and analytics, data and data warehousing, and infrastructure.
• At least two full-lifecycle ERP implementations delivered as program or delivery lead.
• Direct experience leading steering committees with CFO, CIO, or COO leadership at companies with $300M+ revenue.
• Strong financial management skills and experience in a consulting, systems integrator, or MSP environment.
• M&A integration or carve-out program experience is strongly preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner required; PgMP, PfMP, Agile, Prosci, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship is not available.

Role Working Conditions

• Full-time, W-2, exempt position. US-based, remote-first.
• Travel of 10 to 30% depending on portfolio needs, with higher travel during discovery, steering committees, and go-live for strategic engagements. Travel expenses reimbursed per BlueAngle travel policy.
