Job summary

BlueAngle is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office for ERP applications, BI, data warehousing, and infrastructure. You will shape delivery standards, mentor a team of Applications Project Managers, and serve as the senior delivery leader to CFO, CIO, and COO counterparts at clients.

The role is full-time, remote-based in the US with travel to support portfolio needs. You will drive portfolio governance, financials, and client collaboration, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in project and program management, incl. 5+ years in PMO or delivery leadership.
• Delivery leadership across ERP, BI/analytics, data warehousing and infrastructure.
• Two full-lifecycle ERP implementations delivered as program lead.
• Experience leading steering committees with CFO/CIO/COO at $300M+ revenue.
• Strong financial management in consulting, SI, or MSP environments.
• M&A integration or carve-out experience preferred.
• US work authorization; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Applications Project Managers.
• Own delivery methodology, portfolio governance, and executive reporting.
• Provide delivery assurance and recover at-risk projects.
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, margins, and scope changes.
• Engage with client executives and chair steering committees.
• Support new pursuits with delivery estimates, staffing plans, and SOW reviews.
• Improve PMO tooling and reporting, including AI-assisted tools.
