Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 13+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree and 15+ years of related experience.

• Demonstrated business acumen and leadership to guide cross-functional teams.
• Program management, proposal management, EVMS experience; executive presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMX team across the ISR Sector to improve program execution.
• Oversee program performance analysis and reporting for the Sector.
• Coordinate training, certification programs, and PMO staffing.
• Enforce PMO policy; drive tools and training with cross-functional partners.
• Organize reviews and ensure baseline cost/schedule plans.
