Job summary

CEO Life is seeking a Director of Platinum Member Experience & Connections to manage relationships with our highest-tier members. This role focuses on ensuring members feel personally known, onboarded, and receive the promised perks and access. Over time, it expands to member success and connections across the community.

The position is remote across the United States, part-time, with occasional travel as needed and opportunities for commission-based earnings tied to member growth and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain high-value member relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting.
• Comfort with commission-based sales and membership growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Platinum and Platinum Plus member relationships and ensure onboarding and ongoing value delivery.
• Lead personal relationship-building and perk delivery with accountability.
• Make strategic introductions and manage data, CRM, and reporting.
• Log member interactions, check-ins, and perk delivery promptly and consistently.
• Generate monthly reports on top-tier member engagement, satisfaction, and connection outcomes.
• Track introduction success rates and member satisfaction against targets.
• Document member success stories and testimonials for marketing and retention.
• Drive membership growth with commission-based earnings and close new members personally.
