Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Membership Director to sit at the center of a trusted executive community. You will own the member experience end‑to‑end for the Community Board, research topics, moderate peer discussions, and build authentic relationships with Fortune 1000‑level executives.

The role emphasizes safeguarding confidentiality, driving engagement and renewals, and partnering with operations to deliver exceptional service in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience moderating discussions among senior leaders.
• Proven ability to build and sustain executive relationships.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in executive contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide high‑level discussions among senior leaders.
• Research topics and recruit the right peers for conversations.
• Build deep relationships and guide conversations to value.
• Safeguard confidentiality and enforce membership standards.
• Partner with Member Operations to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage member health to secure annual renewals.
