Cyberhaven in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Director of Product Management, Strategy & Monetization to own pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market for Flow’s data security platform. You will define how the platform is priced, packaged, and positioned to win across endpoints, apps, cloud, and AI workloads.

You will lead monetization, from new-customer to installed-base transitions, run quarterly pricing reviews, and partner with Finance and Sales to realize value.

Competenze

• 10+ years in product management, including cybersecurity, with pricing/packaging ownership.
• Experience pricing and packaging a multi-product platform and managing transitions across installed bases.
• Strong writer/presenter capable of board-level materials and analyst briefings.

• Own platform pricing and packaging architecture, tiering, and discount rules.
• Lead monetization lifecycle, migrations, promotions, and quarterly price reviews.
• Define platform GTM strategy, segment and land/cross-sell strategies, and market messaging.
• Create sales plays from discovery to demo paths and value criteria.
• Maintain competitive positioning across DLP/ DSPM and AI security markets.
• Lead analyst engagement with Gartner/Forrester/IDC and related briefings.
• Set product positioning across modules and ensure consistency in decks and partner materials.
• Enable the field with training, reference content, and launch collateral.
• Drive partnerships with alliance, cloud, and channel partners and track outcomes.
• Establish metrics for price realization, discount depth, and cross-sell with board reporting.
