Job summary

Relativity seeks a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation to lead the PM layer across multiple engineering orgs. You will define the Files/Natives substrate, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and the Query Plane to enable scalable AI-driven workflows.

Collaborating with product, engineering, and AI initiatives, you will ensure the platform is observable, auditable, and capable of powering Relativity aiR applications and intelligent agents.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management.
• 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM teams.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives (storage, metadata, knowledge graphs, query engines).

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs.
• Define and own Files / Natives substrate and SLAs.
• Define Ontology / Relationship vocabulary for legal data.
• Lead Data Capabilities: Reporting, Audit, infrastructure.
• Shape Knowledge / Metadata as a unified data model.
• Oversee Query Plane with unified retrieval and hybrid strategies.
