Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

• Experience leading adoption, customer success, and training functions.
• Ability to work in the US with ability to obtain necessary clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform adoption strategy and leadership for PaaS adoption across federal, defense, international, and commercial customers.
• Oversee customer testing, evaluation, validation, and acceptance with users.
• Develop scalable training materials, manuals, and onboarding guides.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor adoption and customer health.
• Establish scalable help desk and support operations for DI applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to mature products and align roadmaps with customer needs.
