Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Planning Tools portfolio. You will own the strategy for ePlan (Planisware) and related systems, aligning with IADPs and IPES, and partner with BI&T to translate portfolio needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, portfolio/program management, or enterprise systems.
• Experience owning or governing project/program planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware) at an enterprise scale.
• Executive-level stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience translating planning needs into clear requirements for technology partners without owning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning tools portfolio strategy and ensure alignment with IADPs and IPES.
• Define multi-year roadmaps driven by Program Management and portfolio needs.
• Translate requirements into business cases, priorities, and success criteria for BI&T and partners.
• Prioritize investments and sequencing across tools to balance short- and long-term needs.
• Champion standard data structures, templates, and governance for program roll-ups.
• Drive adoption through governance forums, training, and change management.
