Job summary

Adelphi is seeking a seasoned market research professional with 8–12+ years of experience, preferably exclusively in pharma/healthcare. You will design and implement qualitative studies, moderate interviews and focus groups, and mentor both junior and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of hands-on experience designing and implementing qualitative research studies in pharma/biotech.
• Deep understanding of market research needs across product life cycles (Phase 2–4, pre-launch, in-line products).
• Proven ability to elevate qualitative results into strategic, business-focused insights and presentations.
• Experience mentoring both junior and senior staff in qualitative methods and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative research studies for pharmaceutical/biotech clients across drug life cycle stages.
• Consult strategically with clients and deliver insightful reports and presentations.
• Mentor junior and senior staff and foster client relationships to generate repeat business.
