Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and deliver all aspects of superior qualitative research projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and moderate interviews and focus groups.
• Write reports and deliverables with clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with clients to address business issues and nurture relationships.
• Participate in new business development with sales/profitability targets.
• Travel to client sites for in-person engagements.
