Job summary

Adelphi is seeking a top-tier pharmaceutical quantitative market researcher to join our team. You will design and manage pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research projects that deliver solid strategic insights, working to turn data into actionable recommendations for clients.

You will handle multiple projects with minimal guidance, mentor junior staff, and partner with clients to address key business questions while expanding existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of market research needs for pharmaceutical/biotech products across life cycle stages.
• Proficient in designing advanced quantitative studies (questionnaires, tracking, conjoint, segmentation).
• Strong analytic and communication skills with excellent writing and presentation ability.
• Mentor and train junior staff in quantitative research and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage pharmaceutical/biotech custom quantitative research studies with limited oversight.
• Partner with clients to find creative solutions and deliver solid strategic insights and recommendations.
• Engage in new business development and nurture existing client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth in quantitative research.
