Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharma market research experience.
• Deep understanding of pharma/biotech lifecycle market research needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and deliver superior custom qualitative research projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate timelines.
• Moderate telephone/in-person in-depth interviews and focus groups.
• Author report deliverables with clear insights.
• Partner with clients to address business issues and grow relationships.
• Contribute to new business development and profitability targets.
• In-person client travel is required.
