Adelphi Research in the United States seeks a seasoned Qualitative Associate Director to lead design, execution, and reporting of customized qualitative studies. You will manage multiple projects, moderate in-depth interviews and focus groups, and deliver client-ready reports.

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and growth via new business development. Extensive travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree essential; advanced education preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a market researcher in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of market research needs for pharma/biotech products across lifecycle stages.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of quantitative processes, analysis, and report deliverables.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, management, and delivery of all aspects of superior custom qualitative research projects.
• Ability to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert in moderating telephone/in-person in-depth interviews and focus groups.
• Author report deliverables.
• Partner with clients to find creative solutions and nurture relationships.
• Active participation in new business development with responsibility for annual sales/profitability target.
• In person client travel is required.
