Job summary

Adelphi Research, part of Omnicom, seeks a senior market research professional with 8–12+ years of pharma/healthcare experience to generate strategic insights and foster client relationships. You will moderate both telephonic and in-person interviews and focus groups, mentor staff, and help expand the company’s clinical and commercial insights portfolio.

Qualifications

• Eight to 12 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing qualitative research studies in the pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
• Deep understanding of market research needs across drug life cycle stages (Phase 2–4, pre-launch, in-line).
• Ability to elevate qualitative results into business-focused, strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor both junior and senior staff in qualitative research and pharma knowledge.
• Consult strategically with clients and deliver insightful reports and presentations.
• Moderate telephone and in-person interviews and focus groups with a focus on actionable insights.
• Drive new business development and nurture existing client relationships.
