The role emphasizes leadership, pricing insight, and cross-department collaboration with teams across sales, IT, marketing, and customer service, with travel as needed and a 50-mile hybrid footprint for Madison or West Bend

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• 5 years in a product, pricing, or analytics role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of personal lines strategic product objectives.
• Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy to drive insights and support decision-making across personal lines.
• Lead the development and management of the Personal Lines financial framework, providing transparency into growth, profitability, retention, and performance drivers to support strategic decision-making and profitable growth.
• Support the pricing and analytical modeling work necessary to meet the division's strategic objectives.
• Work closely with product managers and pricing actuaries to develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profit and growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Set clear goals and expectations, and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
