• Exceptional communication and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for personal financial management features and agentic experiences within Chase Digital.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
• Champion agentic and AI-powered experience design to surface personalized financial guidance.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Define and track KPIs, using data and experimentation to improve performance and impact.
• Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership with compelling storytelling and outcome-driven narratives.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
• Navigate risks and trade-offs across a complex, matrixed organization.
